ATO odometer logbooks

Create a representative period of at least 12 continuous weeks. The app calculates the business-use percentage from business kilometres divided by the vehicle's total kilometres during that period. A completed logbook can generally support records for five income years if usage has not materially changed.

Financial-year odometer record

Enter the odometer at the beginning and end of each Australian financial year. The app applies the matching valid logbook percentage to calculate estimated business kilometres for that full year.
